I. The available rules (use conditions) regulate that the zwischem member and the Bergmann,Business & Marketing - Andreas Bergmann, Steuerweg 2, 96264 Altenkunstadt (in the following “Coolcash.ws” mentioned) justified use relationship regarding by Coolcash.ws the achievements free offered in connection with the visitor exchange service Coolcash.ws.

II. For entgeltliche achievements, which Coolcash.ws offers as own achievements for sponsors, separate conditions are valid. On such achievements the available use conditions do not apply.

III. Coolcash.ws reserves itself to change these use conditions. Changes Coolcash.ws communicates to the member by the fact that before the entrance to its account or the Surfbar a reference to the new conditions is given to him and it can call the conditions up directly (“revision modification”). If the member does not agree with the changes, it can quit the use relationship without notice within one month after the revision modification. To this right to give notice Coolcash.ws the member refers during the revision modification.

IV. Deviating general trading conditions of the member are not valid. They do not apply also if Coolcash.ws contradicts them not expressly.

The use relationship normaling contract over the use of Coolcash.ws comes off by an on-line registration of the member of a confirmation of the registration by Coolcash.ws. Each member may register only once.

I. After coming off the membership (§ 2) are to the member the free use of the Surfbar over URL communicated by Coolcash.ws at the disposal. For the use of the Surfbar points are credited to the member, for which the member can let one or more web pages fade in the Surfbar.

II. In the member range the member can register one or more web pages over the URL administration for insertion in the Surfbar. The web pages are controlled by Coolcash.ws and released only after the acceptance by Coolcash.ws for the insertion.

III. Coolcash.ws puts a left at the disposal, over which the member can recruit new members to the member. For the use of the Surfbar by recruited members the recruiting member receives additional points.

I. The member will truthfully answer the data queried during on-line registration and will communicate Coolcash.ws changes of these data immediately. For this report in the member range an appropriate form is to the member at the disposal (profile).

If a side should be changed after the acceptance by Coolcash.ws in such a way that the side was not no more accepted with renewed collecting main to the acceptance (rule offence), is entitled to Coolcash.ws the right to delete the web page from the account of the member or to close the entire account. Additionally points can be taken off from the member for the rule offence.

II. The member is informed in case of the deletion or blockage about this and about the reason by email.

III. If such an rule offence is noticed by another member, this member the offence can points of bonus over a left in the Surfbar at Coolcash.ws announce and can for this receive, if the rule offence is provable.

I. Coolcash.ws and the member will keep the relevant data protection-legal regulations, in particular after the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz (TDDSG) and the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG).

II. The member explains itself in agreement with the fact that Coolcash.ws stores its personal data electronically. The data become according to the regulations of the Federal Law for Data Protection (BDSG) and the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz (TDDSG) treats. A passing on of the data third does not take place on. When personal data are valid for information, with which an identity can be determined, like name or email address.

I. Coolcash.ws does not ensure that under § 3 achievements specified at any time attainable and error free are. Coolcash.ws will eliminate however disturbances immediately under § 3 achievements specified in the context of the technical and operational possibilities.

II. Coolcash.ws is not responsible for special and financial damages, if these by Coolcash.ws, a legal representative or executing aide were simply negligently caused.

III. Coolcash.ws draws the attention of the member to the fact that it can come by the use of the Surfbar to a increased Traffic volume, whereby depending upon provider additional costs can arise. For these costs Coolcash.ws is not responsible.

IV. Coolcash.ws reserves itself the right to adjust Coolcash.ws at any time without indication of reasons.

I. The use relationship begins with conclusion of the registration and runs for indefinite time. It can be quit by the member or by Coolcash.ws at any time without adherence to one period.

II. A notice of the use relationship by the member can be made only by the form on the log in side to the member range. Coolcash.ws can quit the use relationship by email.

III. If the member does not use more than 90 days the Surfbar over his user names, the use relationship of Coolcash.ws without indication of further reasons can be geündigt and the account be deleted.

IV. With a notice by Coolcash.ws or by the member the account and all stored data of the member are deleted. Any assets purge and are not disbursed. There is not a legal claim.

It is valid the right of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should be inadmissible or several of these rules, then this concerns not the effectiveness of the remaining rules.
